Care Instructions:

Spot hand wash with cold water and allow to air dry. Burlap will shrink when wet and loosen over time. 

 

Return Policy:

Customer service is extremely important to me. If you have any questions or issues please contact me right away at ShevelkinDesigns@gmail.com. 

Each item is as shown in the photo. Please keep in mind that each item is unique, one of a kind and created from repurposed materials. Therefore they have had a previous loved life. As hard as I work and try, I am not perfect but my work will showcase my experience and dedication. 

I do not accept cancellations.

Returns or exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

I only accept returns or exchanges if items are defective or damaged.

All items are photographed before packaging and shipping. If your items is damaged in the mail please take photos and email ShevelkinDesigns@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to ShevelkinDesigns@gmail.com and send your item to: 116 Beechwood Dr Carrboro North Carolina US 27510.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact ShevelkinDesigns@gmail.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 116 Beechwood Dr Carrboro North Carolina US 27510

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

I want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible. I ship items within a few days, once payment has cleared. 

Customers are responsible for fees, customs, or import taxes which may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs, mail, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Some things are just out of my hands.

Please make sure BEFORE you purchase that you have entered your current and correct address. I mail to the address provided to me. I am not responsible for items being mailed to incorrect address and reshipping fees would be customers responsibility.
